Shipping Policies

Because each item is custom made for each customer, my current processing time is 10 business days. This is the amount of time to make an item and does not include the time it takes for shipping with the postal service. I have multiple shipping speed options for USPS so please consider this if you need an item more quickly.

Shipping costs:

$3.75 for first class shipping (2-5 day)

$8.75 for express shipping (2-3 day)

CANADA

$13 for first class international (6-12 day)

REST OF THE WORLD

$19 for first class international (time varies based on location)

Healed by the Hound is not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the postal service to move your package. If you are ordering for a specific date, please order ahead of time to ensure you receive your package in time.

Healed by the Hound is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages. Please contact me if your package is lost in transit so I can assist you on locating the package or contacting the postal service.

Healed by the Hound will not replace any items that are marked as delivered. Be sure you enter the correct address at check out!
